How to Find the Best Days to Cut Your Hair Each Month

The repeatable method
- Know your goal. Fresh starts point toward Sow. Care and maintenance point toward Tend. Bold change points toward Harvest. Style and texture point toward Shape.
- Check the current moon sign. This is the piece that requires astronomical data, not a guess, since it changes every few days and doesn’t follow the calendar month.
- Note the New Moon date. That’s your Fallow day for the month, mark it as a day to rest rather than cut.
- Match your goal to the matching category’s days. Once you know the sign-to-date mapping for the month, the days that fit your goal are the ones you’re looking for.
